Production Times

Standard turnaround times on most Actionprints is 7-10 BUSINESS days.

Rush services are available at the following rates:

- One Day Service (order MUST be recieved by noon, MST and will be shipped for overnight delivery) 300% standard pricing.

- Two Day Service (order MUST be recieved by noon, MST and will be shipped 2nd day air) 200% standard pricing.

- Four Day Service-150% of standard pricing

Shipping and Handling Information

We ship each Actionprint in it's own mailing tube via the United States Postal Service. Delivery to most U.S. Addresses is 4-5 business days once mailed. We cannot ship to Post Office boxes. We CAN drop ship to another address for no extra charge upon request.

We also offer the following shipping methods for an additional fee:

USPS Express Mail-Guaranteed 2-3 business days ($12.00)
FedEx Second Day Air (additional $20.00)
FedEx Overnight (additional $25.00)

Colorado residents add 2.9% sales tax.
Colorado Springs, CO residents must add 7.4% sales tax

File submission guidelines

The quality of your final Actionprint wall graphic is TOTALLY dependent upon the quality of the digital photo you submit. Our graphic artists and imaging software do an incredible job of making sure that we get the highest quality when we enlarge your print but we can't make a flawless print from a weak or fuzzy image.

Here are some pointers for making sure you get the highest quality possible:

First and foremost, you MUST own the copyright to the image and be legally eligible to reproduce the image. You will be asked to sign a waiver when you place your order. We will not reproduce any image without a signed waiver on file.
Submit photos that were taken with a digital camera, not a scan of a print. This will eliminate any dust specs or scratch lines. We don't clean up submitted files unless you are willing to pay an extra fee.
We only accept digital files in .jpg format at this time.
The better the resolution of the original digital photo that you submit, the better your final print will look. Set your camera to it's highest setting. A recommend a setting of 4 mega pixels or higher. For those customers who are more comfortable talking dots per inch (dpi), we recommend a resolution of 300 dpi or higher with a maximum dpi of 360.
The subject of the photo that you want to use in your Actionprint should fill most of the frame in your original digital photo. As example, you wouldn't want to use a photo of your daughter playing soccer if you shot the photo all the way accross the field with a normal lense.
You can attach your digital photo to an email and send it to: sales@overtimesportsgrahics.com and let us know in your email that you have paid on-line through the OSG storefront.
